How do Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP) work?

When applying for PR as a Provincial Nominee in Canada, consider the cost of living, job opportunities, and lifestyle preferences when choosing your desired province or territory.

Almost every province and territory runs its own Provincial Nominee Program streams, specifically targeting new graduates, business people, skilled workers, and semi-skilled workers, each with distinct requirements.

Each province offers various PNPs tailored to address their specific labour market requirements. Prospective candidates should thoroughly examine the PNP streams available in their province of interest.

There are two ways to get an ITA: the Express process or the non-express entry process. The first step is to check your eligibility. If you are eligible, you may get a nomination or create an Express Entry profile and select the provinces and territories you are interested in.
