Express Entry
Federal Skilled Worker Program
Once your express entry profile is created, you will enter into a pool of candidates, where you will be ranked according to your Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score.
The Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) often conducts Express Entry draws, issuing Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to the highest-scoring candidates. Receiving an Invitation To Apply is crucial for progressing your application for permanent residency in Canada.
Achieve a high CRS score of up to 1200 points by leveraging factors such as your age, education, work experience, language proficiency in English or French, marital status, adaptability, and any provincial nominations you may have received. Canada chooses skilled workers based on education, work experience, language skills, and other criteria; these workers can be managers and supervisors or people in jobs that usually need a university degree, college diploma or apprenticeship training.
There are no official age limits; however, the CRS awards more points to applicants aged between 20 and 29 and gradually decreases points for those beyond this range.
How does the process work?
